How do I place an order?

Can I place a large order for an event or wedding?
Of course! We have done showers, gender reveals, office meetings, corporate holiday gifts, and many other events. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
What flavours do you offer?
We have offered so many flavours it would be hard to list. You can request any flavour, and we will try our best to accommodate you. For some inspiration here are some of our most popular flavours: chocolate, vanilla, lemon, pistachio, caramel, coffee, and taro! We also offer seasonal flavours.
Where do you currently deliver and how much are your fees?
We currently only deliver in the GTA. We’re looking to broaden our delivery zones in the near future. Fees are based on kilometers, please contact for a quote.
Can I pick my macarons up?
Of course! You can pick them up in Mississauga, Heartland (Mavis & Britannia) area free of charge.
How much time in advance do I need to place my order?
We request a week in advance before orders. If you need them sooner, please contact us, sometimes we can make it work! For large orders (50+), please place your order 3 weeks in advance.
Are macarons gluten and nut free?
Our macarons are gluten free! The shells contain almond flour, sugar, and egg whites. Unfortunately this means, they are NOT nut free.
What’s your payment/ cancellation policy?
For all orders, we require a 75% deposit, upon placing the order via email transfer. The remaining 25% is due 12 hours before delivery/ pick up time if paying through email transfer. Or you can pay the remaining 25% with cash upon delivery/ pick up. No refunds for cancellations done within 48 hours of delivery/ pick up time.
Do you ship macarons?
We currently do not ship macarons. The cost of packaging and postage would considerably raise the fees. We want to provide the best quality and priced macarons.
What’s the shelf life of macarons and how can I store them?
Your macarons should be stored in the fridge in an airtight container. They can be kept for a week after delivery/ pick up.
Can I order custom designed macarons?
We will do our best to make your vision come to life! We can match colour schemes, paint custom designs, and create unique shapes. Depending on the complexity of the design, our fees may be a bit higher. Contact us for more information.
How many people can take your Macaron 101 workshop?
We currently offer workshops for 2 - 6 people at a time. We are pretty flexible, contact us to see if we can make it work for you!
